  • Want something to suit their own needs. Then study their needs and deliver it.
  • Want a service from you to meet the needs of other people (kids, bosses). Then study the third party's need.
  • Want something both for themselves and the third party. Then study the needs of both and weigh on the priority.
  • They do not know exactly what they want. Show them what they can have and what you can offer.
